Drake and Tory Lanez Apparently Squashed Beef

Published

on

On ‘Lose You’ from More Life, Drake rapped:

The city gets stronger when everybody is speaking
Not when everybody out here beefing
We got it now, we just gotta keep it

This was in reference to The Weeknd who he’s been very on and off with in the past despite their history together. On the same project, Drake took some subliminal and some not so subliminal shots at Tory Lanez after a public feud. But Tory Lanez took to social media moments ago to shock the world.

He posted two pictures of him and Drake together. This is the first time the two have even been seen in the same vicinity. You’ll recall thaat Drake first acknowledged Tory and his team on ‘Summer Sixteen’ with the line “all you boys in The New Toronto wanna be me a little” and since then, it’s been back and forth and at times felt a little deeper than music.

This is good to see, especially considering how on top Canada is right now with these two, The Weeknd, PARTYNEXTDOOR and Justin Bieber, to name a few. Do you want to see Drizzy and Tory collab?

The city needs more of this and less of that. 6️⃣
