alexanderwangFirst of all thanks for taking the time to answer our question, it is a great pleasure that we can get a hang of you. Can you introduce yourself for those who don’t know who you are ?

Ice Baby : We are the G4 Boyz aka Gwalla gang that consists of myself and my younger brother buggy.

Can you explain how did you get your first break throught the industry, was it an overnight sensation or did hustle your way up ?

Ice Baby : We were hustlin & grindin in the streets for years then just for fun we use to upload videos on youtube to stunt on our ex girlfriends and haters. A n rising site at the time called WSHH started picking up our videos that showcased our lifestyle. We always loved music so we started to focus more on it, and thats when we released our first mixtape ballin wit no deal.

The “Control your Jealousy “ mixtape is coming out soon, and the Alexander wang is fucking epic and could be the best track you have ever written, did you change the way you’re composing, did you network with more producer ?

Buggy : We have a bunch of producers as well as inhouse gwalla gang producers that have played a role in the direction of our sound. As far as our team is concerned, we kicked all the bum-bum billys out & got stronger.

Can we expect more collaboration with uprising super producer Yung Lan on the track ?

Ice Baby : You can expect us to work with any body thats serving us that heat. Shout out to Yung Lan though that’s our boy and he mos def gives us bangers, he’s still one of our go to producers and to be honest we were the first artists to stamp him so to see him all over fetty wap album made us proud of the gwalla. We will continue to work together in the very near future , thats what we about is looking out for people early and then watching them grow.

When it comes to the money, we gotta acknowlegde the Gwalla gang is a must, vloggin from private jets, legitimised by Fakewatchbusta himself, flashing cars money and high end fashion, Can you shed light on your nigerian background and discuss your hustle throught life and penal system ?

Buggy : People feel uncomfortable because they don’t know how we make money, so it kinda fustrates them because they wanna do the same but they know how. So their frustration turns into envy & that envy turns into hate. Theres no cheat code. Its all hustle. Its all sacrifice …. no our parents wasn’t born rich or did we have some secret stash. Growing up nigerian people had jokes so we made it a point that we would change the way people view africans for our generation. Now you can say africans are the new columbians (laughs) . We the ones you go to look for when you need some extra paper before people was scared to even admit they was African. We’ll take the heat now but in the long run we know how much we changing shit for our culture as a whole.

For the last few years, you’ve been working on multiple campaigns, branding the Gwalla Gang, you done accomplish so much as indi artists, what could we expect from Gwalla if signed to a major ?

Buggy : much more hits and videoclips. We have been grinding hard and the more we have been producing the more we got good at it, so expect fire and only fire from us in 2016, cause that’s we are craving for …

Controversy …. Soulja Boy Claims He Taught Drake Everything

Published

on

Young Drako has finessed his way back in the game. After multiple tries over the last 12 month, he has finally found his way back and is currently bagging up headline. His technique isn’t that complicated but trolling is an art, and Soulja Boy is the master …

“He copied my whole fucking flow!”

Soulja Boy claims

However Young Drako still makes a point when he comments on every single one of his alleged challengers. Today, he was in the offices of the Breakfast Club.

Unfortunately, it had to come to Drake to fuel the controversy. As the Interview went on, Soulja clowned Drake, beside the BS and obvious intended disrespect, Soulja exposes Aubrey Graham, for stealing his flow on the his Young Money debut single ” Miss me ” from 2010.

Soulja accuses him of stealing his catch phrase from 2008 track “What’s Hannenin”, which Drake copied word for word.

However, things are clear that Drake’s track is way more evolved than the really basic track the young ATL rapper delivered back in the days. But we can’t argue that even the “What’s Hannenin” was stolen from Atlanta’s slang; A slang largely popularized by Soulja Boy in the early days of Youtube.

For being there at that time, we can’t argue that Big Soulja popularized Migos and had legit hit with them before Drake even hopped on “Versace”. However he did not discovered Chief Keef but was also there first and stole Big Sosa’s swag in the early days and we have proof to back it up.

Lets us know how you feel about the controvery ?
