Gregg Sharp Drops ‘Higher’ Mixtape

Published

on

Lancaster, PA might not be the first city you think of when you hear the word “Hip Hop”, but Gregg Sharp is grinding his way to the top to change that.

The 21 year old Chuck E. Cheese employee turned rapper is on his way to building the biggest buzz the city has ever seen by releasing 119 songs in 2 years, high quality music videos, getting a business loan & opening up his own recording studio, shutting down the Chameleon Club (the largest club in Lancaster) & leading the Saucy Boyz movement.

He is looking to expand his music beyond Lancaster & take it nationwide. His first move was his latest mixtape released on Soundcloud, “HIGHER” which was his first professionally produced project & has so far garnered over 1,200 plays first week from an self-built fanbase with no management, press, and very little social media presence.

Lil Wop Drops Third Sequel To ‘Wopaveli’

Published

Lil Wop drops third sequel to his Wopaveli series ‘Wopaveli 3’ and will be live in L.A tonight.

Just Hours after teasing his ‘Paid in Full’ single with Gucci Mane, the latest signee to Eskimo records, Guwop’s label, Lil Wop drops the third sequel to ‘Wopaveli’.

Laced with 17 Tracks and only two features, Lil Wop goes further and deeper with his creative vision, and drops the most coeval, yet scary tape that could have been released before Halloween.  The consistency of the songs keeps its uniformity and undeviated pattern while we still could grumble that he kind of used adlibs that sound like Lil Pump’s one.

We highly advise you give it a try and start with ‘Topgolf” with its relatable street storytelling and ‘Soul Snatcher‘ about sex and a conceptual instrumental using a sample of a squeaky bed throughout the track. ‘Grow up‘ is also a stand out track and Wopster goes bars after bars and kill s**t.

“that b***h say she don’t suck d**k, tell her grow up’

As a conclusion, i will emphasize that it gets kind of hard to write articles that praise the quality of a body of work, but this is that type of release that we are happy to give a try, such the vision is well interpreted.

He will give concert to promote the mixtape today alongside Lil Xan and Hoodrich Pablo in an undisclosed location in Downtown Los Angeles which will be sent after confirmation.

Warhol.SS Drops “Where’s Warhol?” EP

Published

on

The project precedes the Chicago rapper’s debut full-length “Chest Pains.”

Chiraq rapper Warhol.ss has just shared his brand new project ‘Where’s Warhol?’. The seven track EP was entirely produced by Staccato, also behind UnoTheActivist’s ‘Sorry for the wait’ EP released in August. The EP also features collaborations with Rich The Kid and Jay Critch on “Froze.”

However, Warhol had to set the record straight, just for people not get shit twisted …

jus to remind y’all, where’s warhol is an ep. not an album,” Warhol.ss tweeted right after the release. “I ain’t even dropped my debut mixtape yet.

Sorry for the wait. Chest Pains soon <3” he then posted in the EP info section on SoundCloud. His debut project, ‘Chest Pains’ is expected to be released later this year, but no exact date has been communicated yet.

Back in July, he already blessed the scene with the 3200 EP, a collection of his latest singles in a four track package, including collaborations with Pi’erre Bourne and Uno The Activist. Lucky to meet with Sosa, Warhol.ss’ music bears the influence of coeval rap with a Chiraqian touch. Could a collaboration be on the way?

1. Pistons (Prod. by Staccato)
2. Chicago (Prod. by Staccato)
3. Decisions (Prod. by Staccato)
4. Froze Feat. Rich The Kid & Jay Critch (Prod. by Staccato)

Few months only after releasing Thot Breaker, Chief Keef comes back with The W, a new sequel to the chiraq driller’s discography which will surely please his fans. featuring fellow Chicago rapper Lil Bibby for one of the best track of the tape with ‘musty’ alongside Ballout, as well as Glo Gang rappers Fredo Santana with “Never Had a Job”, the tape is laced with a powerfull selection of 10 tracks mainly produced by Zaytoven ad Southside of 808 Mafia but also includes a beat from longtime collaborator and studio engineer CB-Mix and surprisingly doesn’t mention if Keef got behind the machine at any point.

While “Milk me” is that off-tune track that you want to throw up on the first hearing, the carrefully hand-picked track makes it a good mixtape to listen over and over.

While a Documentary about Sosa’s life is still in work, he reportedly should drop during october his joint tape Turbo Bandana with Fredo Santana.
