Petition for Quavo to Be on National Anthem Already Has 1200 Signatures

Published

on

The national anthem might be a couple hundred years old, but sometimes, tradition can be changed as the world evolves. While we’ve heard countless legends sing the Star Spangled Banner at games and events, a new petition is circulating asking for a new national anthem to be made by Quavo of Migos.

The new petition on Change.org was created by Sean Gray of Kentucky, who says that “the nation should get with the times” and redo the famous song. He also pitches Quavo to be featured on the remake because he’s “featured on everything else, so why not?”

So far, the petition already has over 1,200 signatures, and is continuing to rise in support. It also states that it will be delivered to Donald Trump, The U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Senate, the House of Representatives, as well as Vice President Mike Pence.

After the major year that Quavo has had as a solo artist, it’s no surprise that his growing stans would encourage for him to be on something as major as the national anthem. He also already revealed what he would do if he was president.

If you recall, there was also another previous petition that asked for the “Dipset Anthem” to be the new national anthem.

It’s also been a run-on joke on social media that Future’s “March Madness” track is considered the new national anthem, so it will be interesting to see if the “Commas” rapper’s fan base feels differently about this petition.

Covington was in good spirits and looked healthy overall other than a stitch below his right eye. If you recall, Covington notably suffered a broken jaw during his fight with Usman.

He wants to get back into training as soon as he’s ready health wise. He wants to get back and prove that he’s the best.”
