Earlier today Vic Mensa received two years probation for driving with a concealed weapon.
Victor Kwesi Mensah will be releasing his debut album the autobiography on July 28 and was on Thursday night JAY-Z took the stage of the L.A. venue to praise the young Emcee for being the “once in a lifetime artist” that he is.
However, Vic was back was pulled over after running a stop sign in Beverly Hills back in February and told the officers that he had a registered weapon in his possession confident that his paperwork meant he was allowed to carry it.
TMZ reported the Roc Nation rapper cops plea deal for received two years probation for driving with a concealed weapon in loaded gun case and has to pay $500 and $1,300 in restitution. According to the police report, Vic was arrested and booked on a felony count of carrying a concealed weapon and was after one night in jail released on $35,000 bail.
The album release date hasn’t changed as far as we know and he can be considered lucky since he could have spend those two years behind bars.
