Published

on

Indisputable showstopper of the year, the Air Dior result of the collaboration between the iconic sport shoes brand and Dior Fashion Creative director Kim Jones is soon arriving to some selected shelves around the globe sometime during next month.

Rumored to be produced in a limited quantity of 8.500 units, the aggressively teased hightop sneaker has been on every sneaker enthusiasts’ mind during the Dior private party and reveal that took place in Miami during art basel, as many looking to pick up the somehow reasonably expensive Dior Jordan 1 for the $2000 USD price tag.

Now reselling for as low as a brand new city car could go for, the opulent signature, which is poised to take both low and high-top shapes, bears Italian-made leathers, the high-end Dior imprint’s signature monogram, modified Wings iconography and an imprint of the monogram under the sole.

Warning: No matters how tempting it could seem, we highly advise not to buy them through internet but in person with a well respected resseller. While the sneakers could be a ressell at as high as $90K & + on StockX, keep in mind that counterfeiter have tried their hand on millions of AF1, they will not have a hard time replacing the suede by high-quality leather and high quality imprints; So we advise, if you ever feel like spending a grid on this grail you demand to met at the nearest Dior store to check if the resseller is a registred customer or they have track of the serial number corresponding to the shoe.

There is one sure thing, the hype the shoe generated will surely reconcile everyone that it will be as hard to get your hand on the kicks as it was to lay hand on a the Supreme x Louis Vuitton collaboration, therefor, it is only right but to agree that V.I.P customers from the Dior stores and well-connected ressellers will lay hands on those sumptuous kicks before anyone does.

So lets all hope the lottery leaves a chances to those who have dream, such as us …

Video was posted showing the extent of the damaged caused by looters to the Cool Kicks store in L.A. Altogether destruction and stolen properties could add up to half a million dollars.

Cool Kicks L.A. is a popular store in Los Angeles as of the extent of their shoe collection, their prices well below market price but also for their Youtube Vlogs flaunting the extensive selection, their massive buy outs, and more recently famous quests coming to shop at the stores such as Lil Uzi Vert who went there last week to see what was up at the shop.

Unfortunately these kind of store have turn out to be the go-to destination for young looters – among the George Floyd protests- a target of choice for teenagers who see the mayhem of the now turned ugly peaceful protest as an easy way to get their hands on some of the most hyped and coveted pieces of their favorite brands.

In the IG video, we can see that not much is left of what was stored in the flagship but CK’s owner makes it clear that he is a 100 % behind the movement, despite it turning sour for the ressell entity.

In the extensive footage, we can see that pretty much all there’s left are the left feet of the pairs of kicks that looter haven’t take the time to pair with their other half stored at the back.

As of this week, all hype stores became the target of extensive vandalism, such as Flight Club, Icebox, and Supreme‘s store …
